This is a highly stretching and rewarding role with combined operational and commerical focus. You will lead a team of senior account managers and their operational teams to embrace day-to-day operational challenges, achieve service excellence and improve account profitability. You will also be responsible for attracting and securing new business in line with the company's strategic plan.
You have at least five years proven success as a senior manager/director in an automotive/automotive services business. You have advanced leadership (circa 75 FTE's), operational and selling skills coupled to a perpetual 'can do' attitude that inspires colleagues at all levels. You have the future potential to assume greater responsibilities within the business in a 2/3 year time frame.
