Ph impetus is an established, successful and growing automotive consultancy and business services provider, specialising in aftersales and dealer network development support to vehicle manufacturers in the UK and continental Europe.

The Role
Right now we are seeking a Collision Product Specialist to develop and support crash repair related programmes on behalf of a significant global vehicle manufacturer. Working as part od a team the role requires the individual to provide leadership in the development of programmes and processes across a network of dealers.

The Candidate
To fulfil these roles you will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the collision sector gained from aftermarket supplier/repairer or vehicle manufacturer operations. The ability to add value and improve performance is imperative. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

    A clear understanding of collision sector processes and practices

    Ability to inspire others and achieve results

    Excellent communication, inter-personal and analytical skills

    Flexible approach to work – a self sufficient, self starter

    Education ideally to degree level

    PC literate
