We offer exiting opportunities for Commercial Managers, to represent and support the Company's objectives through the effective management of both CUK's distribution network and its relationship with current and potential Fleet Customers.
This will be achieved through the implementation of the Company's After Sales policies and procedures to support both commercial and quality objectives.
Taking responsibility for the After Sales performance of a group of Citroën UK Dealers, you will relish the challenge of working within set guidelines and budgets, to achieve all After Sales and quality objectives.
Taking a collaborative approach to business development, you will liaise closely with Major Fleet Operators and manage and motivate Dealers, territory-based personnel and consultancy support, while also promoting customer loyalty and Citroen UK replacement parts, by implementing programmes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Throughout, you will consistently develop and encourage Industry Best Practice, and nurture an environment of continuous improvement, both internally and across the Dealer Network.
