With profitability being a key driver, you will manage and develop parts and accessories sales through workshops and showrooms. This will include defining and implementing strategic plans that deliver optimum sales performance, maximising sales opportunities through marketing/sales promotions, identifying sales development needs, overseeing quality programmes and cascading best practice initiatives to ensure the highest standards at all times.
A motor industry professional of graduate calibre, you will understand the scope and variety the role offers, and be eager to prove your management ability across purchasing and budgets, and through confident decision-making. Just as important are clear commercial flair, confident communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours. A full driving licence is essential.
