RMB Automotive is a highly successful £40m turnover, privately owned company based in North Yorkshire and Teesside. It currently operates from six centres representing Toyota, Lexus and Ford as main dealers, as well as a group body repair centre which is approved for VAG.
Due to the recent addition of the Ford franchise and the planned expansion of the group we now require the services of a dynamic and progressive Commercial Operations Director to work with our current successful management team.
The successful candidate will have worked as a Sales Manager and Dealer Principal in the retail motor trade and be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of high achievement. Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to get the most out of people are essential as are a good understanding of systems and sales processes. The immediate priority will be to achieve the commercial and financial objectives of the company whilst ensuring the team continues to deliver excellent customer service for which the group is well known. In the medium term and following successful results the new recruit will assume responsibility of Managing Director and will be involved in all aspects of growing this already successful and dynamic business.
