With an annual turnover in excess of £150 million, they represent a wide range of quality brands from Chevrolet, Citroen, Dacia, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, MG and Vauxhall, across 15 dealerships located throughout Basildon, Orsett, Rochford and Southend-on-Sea.
Due to their continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit Contact Centre Executives to join them in Basildon. As a Contact Centre Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our Sales and Aftersales business forward. Friendly and professional, you will thrive on communicating with our customers all day every day.
The key responsibility of the Contact Centre Executive is as follows:
- Conducting inbound, outbound Sales and Aftersales telephone calls with a view to securing additional appointments/bookings.
- Producing job cards.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Updating any necessary customer and/or vehicle data.
The Ideal Contact Centre Executive will have:
- An excellent telephone manner.
- A high level of confidence.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
