Role; Contact Centre Team Leader - Business Development
Salary: £20,000 pa plus Commission
Cambria Automotive was established in 2006 with a strategy to build a balanced motor retail group, through close cooperation with its manufacturer partners and the self funded acquisition and turnaround of under-performing businesses. To date, the Group now comprises of 27 dealerships, representing 42 franchises and 17 brands, in a balanced portfolio spanning the high luxury, premium and volume segments.
Due to continued success and expansion, We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our business development team at our office in Bolton
Your role will involve you motivating your team, leading by example with your call quality and performance, holding daily briefings with your team, and monthly one to one reviews. You will bring with you, enthusiasm and a fun outlook, as well as a strong desire to succeed and build your team.
The role will involve making outbound calls to our Customers to help grow our business.
You will be targeted on achieving excellent customer satisfaction standards and company quality requirements, whilst also driving forward additional business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a sales or customer service based environment either face to face or on the phone along with the experience of managing and growing a team
Previous experience in the automotive trade is a benefit however not necessary, as full training will be given.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, quickly build a rapport with your customer, possess strong listening skills and be attentive to detail. You will thrive on a challenge and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
