In partnership with a key client, Volkswagen Financial Solutions UK Limited we are recruiting for a new team of three contract hire development managers. As part of a new initiative to develop retailer introduced contract hire business, you will work closely with the Volkswagen Retailers and Audi Centres to identify and maximise contract hire opportunities. You will coach the retailers to develop effective action plans and provide contract hire training to retailer personnel to effectively sell VWFS (UK) products and services.

Employed by Carter & Carter you will work as part of a dynamic field team, representing the Volkswagen Financial Services brand within a specific region in the UK. Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of three years experience within the contract hire market, preferably within a manufacturer brand environment. You must be a target driven individual with strong coaching and training background, as well as effective motivation and interpersonal skills.
