This is a ‘hands on’ leadership role developing the activities and approach of a territory of retailers to improve local business sales rates to customers and prospects operating fleets of up to 150 vehicles. You will also work constructively with other departments, support specific training events and best practice initiatives.
You will have highly developed corporate selling skills and will combine these with a professional personal presence to influence, coach, motivate and drive retailer performance in terms of both activity and results. These skills will combine with strong reporting and analytical skills as well as accomplished presentation skills.
