Nexus Business Solutions is a service provider to the automotive industry. Our client, one of Europe’s largest motor manufacturers is looking for talented individuals for a key position that will suit a motor industry professional looking to develop their career during an exciting period in the company’s development.

Corporate Customer Care Manager – North of England

You will be working nationally from a field-based location and will be responsible for building strong Customer Care relationships with key Corporate Fleet and Lease Company Managers, to ensure the highest level of Aftersales care. You will be responsible for supporting Corporate Fleet Sales Tenders, compiling and delivering detailed presentations to new, current and prospective fleets. Meet with customers / end users working towards satisfactory solutions to customer problems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness, excellent communication, presentation skills and a strong customer care ethos.

Ideally for this role it is likely that in your career you will have worked for a motor manufacturer, contract hire company or dealer group or have similar experience relevant to the position. A motor industry related apprenticeship or a relevant Degree would be preferable. You should also possess good administration and IT skills and enthusiasm and capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success.
