Honda are recruiting a Corporate Sales Manager to cover the Midlands area. This exciting opportunity is a mix of new business sales and client retention. Reporting to the National Corporate Sales Manager, your role will focus primarily on sales into the major plus 100 fleet sector with new and existing accounts. This role is target driven where negotiation and closing abilities are key to the success of the area alongside relationship building with senior external decision makers and time with the end customers selling “A great ownership experience”

Main Responsibilities:
To achieve the corporate sales volume target within assigned budgets


Building strong customer relationships and creating brand loyalty

Creating new opportunities with focus on brand and product strengths

Ownership of high level quality appointment activity within area

Grow the core business of plus 100 fleet customer database increasing market share, evaluating what works and replicating for efficient area management

Managing the customer database system for the area, ensuring the database is up to date and accurate

This role has a degree of autonomy and the person required will be accountable for the effective use of resources to achieve the sales target including demonstrators, and bespoke marketing activity.

Reporting to the National Corporate Sales Manager the ability to effectively report on Competitor activity and customer demands will also be an essential requirement.

Supporting dealerships with sub 100 corporate opportunities

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Highly enthusiastic and self motivated with strong influencing and selling skills.

Experience in dealing with large external customers at senior levels with proven success in account management and new business negotiation

Graduate calibre with the ability to deal with Senior Executives both externally and internally.

Excellent presentation, influencing and networking skills.

First class efficient planning abilities and organisational skills.

Proficient PC skills and confident PowerPoint presenter
