To maximise sales of cars and vans to new business prospects and existing customers in the B2B sector within a defined territory. To use ‘in house’ Business Finance as much as possible as the source of vehicle funding in order to maximise sales. To lead the direct sales effort in converting supplied leads, and to coach best practice to dealers business and fleet sales staff.
You will have a strong fleet sales background and track record of success gained with either a respected dealer group or with a manufacturer. You have a truly customer focused sales approach and will have good written and verbal communication skills. You will also be determined and persistent, and possess the ability to inspire, lead and coach others.
