Our client is a car manufacturer who is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and development. Due to the expansion of their marketing department, they now seek a CRM Manager to join their UK Head Office team.
You will be responsible for implementing the company’s UK CRM strategy with the specific purpose of delivering the brand promise throughout the customer journey and the objective of increasing customer retention via communications and loyalty programmes.
You will develop and implement communications to stimulate sales of products and services; maximise the customer and prospect databases, and take responsibility and accountability for the development of the CRM programme, aiming to maximise lead acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
We would like to hear from candidates with a progressive career history and experience working in a CRM function in either a client or agency environment. You will need experience working in either the automotive or consumer durables sectors.
The successful candidate will have:
A background in either the automotive or consumer durables industries – either client or agency-side.
A degree or equivalent
Experience working in a marketing communications role
Experience planning direct mail processes
Understanding of CRM programmes and data management (experience of Siebel would be advantageous)
Strong project planning and process skills with flexibility to adapt to a wide scope of activities and projects
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal and influencing skills
A multi-tasker with strong time management skills and a close attention to detail.
