Our client has experienced outstanding sales growth on a worldwide basis during 2010/2011 and is continuing this trend with the development of new markets on a global perspective. Manufacturing and distributing one of the most desirable product ranges with a strong heritage and longevity, we are now looking for a CRM Manager to join the company to help continue the customer contract strategy.

A real passion for CRM is vitally important, however, we also want to find an individual who can grow with the company and, therefore, this opportunity might suit an entrepreneurial and ambitious character who is moving into their first management role.

With a brand new CRM database system in place, the successful candidate will help deploy process across subsidiary markets initially testing and implementing these systems in the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role requires a strong understanding of the key communication needs and data requirements in order to grow this impressive global market share. Key responsibilities will include the following; ownership and development of the customer prospect database and CRM tool, creation of the customer journey, understanding of subsidiary and global market needs, creation and content management of a bi-monthly digital newsletter, creation of an owners club/brand engagement programme, KP measurement and reporting, budget management and agency management.

In order to fulfil these requirements we are seeking a highly motivated individual with great marketing flair, commercial acumen and a real desire to work as part of a focussed, fun and innovation Marketing team.

Are you good at promoting your ideas to more senior managers both in the UK and overseas?
