Triumph Motorcycles is a company on the move. Growing sales, expanding into new markets, and developing products of class leading standards.
We have invested in a brand new CRM Database and Marketing system, which now needs to be established on an international platform.
As a result of this, the newly created opportunity of CRM Manager now exists in order to maximize customer retention and actively grow the prospect database, via Triumph’s bespoke prospecting system.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this exciting new opportunity requires a strong understanding of the key communication and data requirements required by a Global Brand in a competitive and discerning market.
Of graduate calibre and on a career growth curve, the ideal background for consideration would be in a Luxury Consumer Goods, Automotive, Service, Retail or Travel Industry environment. A fundamental understanding of customer expectations, e-communications, coupled with experience of database applications, is central to the success of this key role.
An ability to communicate with brand partners, retailers and Country Managers in major international markets on a regular basis is as vital as your enthusiastic, team orientated approach and creativity.

Can you demonstrate a thorough working knowledge, and give factual evidence of, successfully developing “B2C” and “B2B” CRM programmes, on a National and/or International platform?
Has your career to date been gained in an Automotive Manufacturer/Importer, Service Industry, Luxury Goods, travel or Premium Retailing environment?
Are you living centrally in the UK, or able to relocate quickly without financial assistance?
Are your “expert” skills in this area supported with outstanding influential, presentation, motivation and enthusiastic management style?
