Our client, one of Europe’s largest motor manufacturers is looking for talented individuals for key positions that will suit motor industry professionals looking to develop their career’s during an exciting period in the company’s development.

Customer Care District Manager – Manchester

 

You will be field based and responsible for being the key contact for the Retailer with overall responsibility for the achievement of total customer satisfaction. Responsible for developing and monitoring Retailer action plans to support warranty & policy spend. Meet with customers / end users working towards satisfactory solutions to customer problems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound customer care skills, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

Ideally for this role it is likely that in your career you will have worked for a motor manufacturer, contract hire company or dealer group or have similar experience relevant to the position. You should also possess good administration and IT skills and enthusiasm and capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success.
