Job Title: Customer Care Service Technician - VHC Executive
Salary: 15K Basic – 30K OTE + Benefits

Due to continued business requirements they are now recruiting for a Customer Care Service Technician - VHC Executive, based at their contact centre in TBC???.
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will be required to contact customers who have previously been into the dealerships Service Departments and informed that work is required on their vehicle. Your role will be to contact these customers to discuss the work that is required, and book them into their closest Dealership.
· Each call is a warm lead, contacting current customers.
· Liaise with the groups Service Managers to discuss the work required and see when each client can be booked in and what potential discounts can be offered.
· Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
· To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge (ideally NVQ level 3 or equivalent) and experience working an Aftersales/Service department in a Franchise Dealership environment. You will also have excellent customer service skills, be articulate and ideally have worked in sales before.
