Our client has an interesting and challenging opportunity for a Customer Relations Coordinator at their prestige site in central London.
A full job description is available upon request to registered candidates, but the duties include;
- the provision of an excellent customer experience for customers contacting the showroom in person or by telephone, ensuring they receive excellent customer service;
- participating in the marketing and selling of merchandise and vehicle extras;
- and providing ad-hoc administration support for each department, including regular update and logging tasks, printing display notices, compiling customer letters and ordering required items when necessary.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and professional, and possess previous automotive industry experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a prestige franchise environment.
This position is worked on a four day on, four day off rota, including weekends.
