Customer Relationship Executive – Ford Wolverhampton

They are now looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join their team in this brand new role at Ford Wolverhampton. They expect industry-leading levels of customer care and satisfaction, and that’s what you will provide. As the face of the service team, you will be the first point of contact for their customers. Meeting and greeting them personally, explaining the servicing and health check process and working with the team to ensure the smooth booking in of their vehicle.
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will prioritise effectively to ensure that customers whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advised on a recommended course of action, maximising service department profitability. In addition, you will ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value-added products by using professional sales and customer service techniques.
You should ideally have experience in a customer-focussed environment, either face-to-face or on the telephone. Experience in a sales or retail role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets is an advantage. They are looking for individuals who are confident at dealing with people at all levels, who are able to build an immediate rapport and who are comfortable in negotiating and influencing situations.

From a competitive basic salary of up to £22,000 with realistic OTE potential of up to £27,000 per annum (dependent upon your skills & experience), to a pension plan and childcare benefits, they make sure you’re rewarded for the work you put in.
