Customer Satisfaction and Insight Manager

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the brands insight to and strategies for customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
The candidate must fully understand network interactions with customers – expectations, concerns and opportunities for improved customer experience, measuring, monitoring, and recommending ongoing improvements to customer satisfaction performance in line with agreed annual objectives.
To be successful, candidates must have experience of working within the motor industry, ideally in a commercial vehicle environment, have the ability to influence and be prepared to challenge thinking at all levels. Candidates must also possess strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and be self motivated and results focussed.
