Customer Service Administrator
Are you a successful Customer Service Administrator looking for a new challenge?
Our client is one of the leading automotive dealers of new and used cars in Essex, established in 1929. With an annual turnover in excess of £150 million, they represent a wide range of quality brands from Chevrolet, Citroen, Dacia, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, MG and Vauxhall, across 15 dealerships located throughout Basildon, Orsett, Rochford and Southend-on-Sea.
Due to current business requirements they are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Renault and Nissan dealership in Basildon.
They are seeking a confident communicator and organised individual who can work on their own initiative. The role involves:
· General administration duties for dealership e.g. filing
· General Switch board Duties, taking messages, answering emails.
· 1st point of contact for all customers visiting dealership
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
· Excellent attention to detail
· A thorough understanding of great customer service
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Computer literate
· Must be of a smart appearance with a welcoming personality
The hours for this position are 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
