CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
LOCATION: BASILDON
SALARY: £18,000 OTE
FULL TIME/PERMANENT

One of the leading Automotive Dealers of new and used cars in Essex, established in 1929. With an annual turnover of £150 million, we represent a wide range of quality brands from Vauxhall, Chevrolet, Renault, Peugeot, Citroen, Nissan, MG & Dacia with Dealerships located throughout Basildon, Southend & Brentwood.

Due to continued success and growth we are now looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Basildon.

The Role
Joining our busy aftersales department in the role of Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

· Answering incoming and making outgoing customer calls across a number of areas, including vehicle requirements and service follow up
· Up selling to customers based on the requirements shown from service
· Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
· Dealing with part enquiries
· Offering excellent promotional prospects

The Candidate

If you have previous experience within the Automotive Industry then this would be extremely beneficial however anyone with previous experience working in a customer focused environment will still be considered. You will need to have excellent administration skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will also have:

· Excellent customer service skills
· Communication skills
· Computer skills/literate
· Team member
