Customer Service Advisors.
Salary: 15K Basic - Excellent Commission Structure and Company Benefits.
Our client is on the South’s most successful Automotive Franchise Dealer Groups. Established in 1997 they are now ranked 27th in the AM100 and 84th on the latest Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 250 league table of Britain’s leading mid-market private companies. They represent a range of marquees including Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz and Audi to name a few, whilst also owning a range of use car sites and body shop and accident repair centres across the south coast.
Due to their continued success they require Sales and Customer Service Advisors to add to their Customer Support Unit based in Winchester. The Customer Service Advisor role, reporting to the Group Customer Relationship Manager, is to contact current customers of the business and qualify their purchasing experience, the service they received and the final impression that was left. You will also be required to qualify that additional profit centres were offered to the customers, and if not, introduce these.
They are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, personable and are used to working in a KPI/Target driven environment. You cannot be afraid of engaging customers in conversation and must have a confident outgoing personality. Ideally you’ll have sales experience, however this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
