Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for people who are self-motivated and have a passion for customer service excellence to join our busy Customer Services department in Newbury.
Customer Service Co-ordinator - up to £22k dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits
Following a number of new business successes, we are looking for new people to join our team. Reporting into an Internal Account Manager, as a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring we secure and retain customers by providing excellent levels of service at all times. You will have a demonstrable high focus on accuracy and speed in administrative skills, can work under pressure and are committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Experience of working in the vehicle leasing and fleet management industry is highly desired but if you share our passion for delivering excellent customer service, have the appropriate transferable skills, experience and the ability to understand the complexities of our customer’s vehicle fleets, then we want to hear from you.
