Based in Warwick, the Company is private equity backed and is embarked on an ambitious growth strategy, based on maximising the value it generates from a loyal customer base.</p> <p>The Role:<br /> We are now creating a Corporate Sales team consisting of two Regional Corporate Sales Managers to help deliver success in this important market sector. Employed by our client, but working exclusively on behalf of the customer, the successful individuals will need to demonstrate and embody the core values expected of such a prestigious brand.</p> <p>In this instance the customer is an iconic, premium automotive brand with a rich automotive heritage. 2014 sees the brand embarking on an exciting new phase, which will drive significant growth in the UK. With a combination of exciting and dynamic new products and the introduction of all new diesel engine technology to the Brand for the first time, the customer is well placed to access new areas of opportunity, in particular the Corporate sector.</p> <p>This role opens up a new and exciting opportunity for an individual who has outstanding customer handling and service skills with 1 to 2 years commercial experience. The role will co-ordinate key activities of the Regional Corporate Sales team and interface with the client.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Reporting to the National Corporate Sales Manager, the role will support the delivery of the National Corporate sales plan for the customer, by providing an inbound and outbound corporate sales function. Primary Responsibilities :</p> <p>&middot; Support the Premium Brand Corporate Sales team through the provision of a dedicated fleet contact point.<br /> &middot; Core activities include:<br /> - Targeted prospecting activity<br /> - Full and accurate data entry<br /> - Ongoing database management<br /> - Provide our Client with core KPI reporting across all team activity<br /> - Deliver a consistent response to corporate customer enquiries commensurate with this Premium brand&rsquo;s market position<br /> - Support dealer and the Premium Brand&rsquo;s Corporate sales event activity through database planning and coordination</p> <p>Key Focus Areas:</p> <p>&middot; Deliver full implementation and compliance with our Client&rsquo;s Corporate CRM Strategy, policy and processes<br /> &middot; Ensure integration into our Client&rsquo;s sales and operations team<br /> &middot; Ensure accurate and detailed communication and reporting of activity via regular reporting and CRM<br /> &middot; Ensure consistency of approach between our client&rsquo;s sales team, dealers and customers<br /> &middot; Maintenance of a professional, added value image at all times on behalf of our Client and Impetus Automotive</p> <p>Target Profile/Experience:</p> <p>Ideally with 1-2 years commercial experience, you will need to have outstanding customer handling and service skills, preferably within a premium automotive, luxury product service environment, in addition:</p> <p>&middot; Proven numeracy skills with a strong ability to analyse data and KPI metrics<br /> &middot; Excellent knowledge of CRM and database requirements<br /> &middot; Experienced in use of Microsoft office tools and well developed PC skills<br /> &middot; Proven ability to create and distribute high quality E Marketing Campaigns<br /> &middot; Experience within a premium automotive, luxury product service environment is desirable but not essential</p> <p>Personal Attributes:</p> <p>&middot; Proven commercial mind set and proactive approach to seeing sales opportunities<br /> &middot; Effective communication skills with an outstanding and tenacious telephone communicator, the ability to influence different audiences and through different methods is essential<br /> &middot; Self-motivation with strong organisation and time management skills<br /> &middot; An individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
