Due to the huge sales growth within our business and our ambitious future expansion plans we are looking to fill two key roles at our Wakefield branch. We are looking for people with strong, successful track records in the chosen fields, who believe in delivering the very best retail experience and who want to move on quickly in one of the UK's fastest growing Car Retailers.
Customer Service Manager
We are looking for someone to head up our customer service team at Wakefield.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer services, people management and ideally will have motor trade experience. We need someone who consistently delivers the highest levels of customer service, both face to face on the telephone, a very organised person and someone who can provide positive feedback and action plans for continual improvement in customer service across all departments.
We now need an additional member of the Management Team at Wakefield, with a view to this person taking a more senior role in 2006 when we open our 3rd location.
This person MUST have experience in Sales or General Management.
The key skills are:
Excellent people management
Good organisatinal skills
Experience & understanding of car retailing
