Customer Service Team Manager
Salary : £excellent + benefits package
Location: Midlands and South East

An opportunity has been created to be involved in the set-up, recruitment and development of a customer service team. The team will be responsible for providing customer service follow up across 20 businesses in the Midlands and South East. Furthermore, to ensure that all customers receive an outstanding level of service when transacting with us.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Core Skills
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· IT literate
· Track record in similar role would be advantageous but not essential
· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
· Ability to generate enthusiasm for our products and services with both customers and your team.
· Committed to delivering great results within agreed timescales

Outline of Activities
· Working with team, completing timely follow up contacts
· Addressing any customer concerns with a degree of autonomy
· Coaching time to ensure constant improvement in skills and job satisfaction
· Prepare trending and other forms of reporting for senior leadership teams within our businesses
