We currently have a very interesting role available as a Customer Support Manager, working with a well known Manufacturer/Importer, where you will be responsible for the management of a Customer Relations team in a process driven enviroinment in terms of customer issues managing complaints to the Managing Director, Directors, Senior Managers, Press, SMMT, etc. and will be required to support the team in their daily activity.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Consumer Law, with strong people management and development skills, as well as being a strong communicator with a good educational background and working knowledge of IT systems.
If this sounds like you and you have experience of working within a process and procedure led enviroinment, managing budgets, and proven ability in terms of people management and development, ideally within an Automotive environment, we would like to hear from you.
