We are seeking an individual with extremely strong database management expertise, including being responsible for both the content and creation of these, as well as an individual with excellent proven skills in terms of CRM activity management and development of strategies and policies.
In addition to this you will be educated to Degree level, with strong project management skills (training in Prince 2 would be desirable, but not essential), as well as experience and understanding of SQL, Excel and Access database management along with MS project.
The main purpose of this role will be to look at the Lead Management System and Database Management and the ability to liaise/manage third party contractors/etc., to provide project management of data and technical projects relating to CRM and to develop data related technical solutions in support of Marketing, Aftersales and CRM initiatives.

Do you have a strong background in terms of Digital Marketing/CRM activity and impressive Database Management (including content & creation) skills within your career to date?
Have you current/previous experience of project management, within this field?
Has your experience to date involved you in third party contract management, CRM activity management, budget management as well as people management & project management (in particular on IT development / data analysis projects)?
Do you have proven technical ability with Business Objects, Database Design, SQL/MS Excel/Access databases along with MS Project?
Have you previous experience of strategy and policy development?
