This high profile, challenging and rewarding role will be pivotal to our new dealership. Leading a team of sales and aftersales specialists, you will be responsible for maximising business performance and profitability. Your mindset will be to exceed targets.
You will have a proven record of achievement in sales management, excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate, inspire and challenge your team. You will have high levels of commercial awareness and experience in business development, planning and reporting disciplines. Your genuine drive and hunger to build our new dealership into a successful franchise is a pre-requisite.
