Honda Motor Europe are seeking a highly creative and innovative individual to manage the development, implementation and overseeing of European mobility programmes. As Dealer Programmes Manager for Honda Motor Europe, you will be working in Customer Operations within the Dealer Programmes team. A “Customer First Thinker” you will have responsibility for developing mobility programmes with the overall 2015 Brand direction of “Best Customer Experience in town”
Can you identify requirements and minimum standards for programmes that enable industry leading customer mobility ?
Do you have the ability to inspire and motivate Honda Associates within the European business arena ?
You should have a high degree of financial acumen, a commercial background ideally with Pan European experience and proven leadership abilities.
Key objectives will be to identify requirements and minimum standards for programmes that enable industry leading customer mobility to be delivered during the ownership cycle with responsibility for the delivery of the above programmes to Car, Motorcycle and Power Equipment customers.
You should have the ability to manage and work with other Honda organisations while understanding the varying motives and cultural differences within the European market, both of Honda associates, Dealers and Customers is key.
Overseas is travel is a fundamental part of the role activity.

Pan European experience and knowledge of European Distribution and Dealer operations would be advantageous but is by no means essential
