A full time permanent position has arisen for a Dealer Support Advisor to join our team at our Head Office based in Crewe.
EMaC Ltd is the UK’s leading service plan provider with a focus on innovation, speed and service. We provide the system, reporting and administration to 1000’s of car dealerships across the UK & Europe to allow them to sell a Service Plan.
This position will suit a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic person who can work within a fast paced team environment whilst managing their own individual workload.
The key responsibilities are to be the 1st line response for our Dealer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for one of our Regional Sales Managers and will be required to liaise with other internal departments and must be able to multi-task.
The ideal candidate should be confident, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure. The ability to communicate at all levels as well as problem solving and organisational skills are implicit in this role.
The position is 40 hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. There will be a requirement for weekend work on a rota basis – paid at overtime rate.
