To provide technical information and recommendations, primarily by telephone, to the world-wide Dealership network for Customer vehicles.
Accept and attempt to resolve enquiries from Customer Dealers (and Customer personnel) via a Comms / Systems entry methodology.
Record data as required into a computer system.
Liaise with Dealership personnel at all levels.
Participate in training / product information exchange with appropriate data sources for up to 4 weeks per year including overnight stays as required.
Dealer Workshop staff at a senior level (or equivalent.)
Competence in English (Spoken, Read and Written)
Valid driving licence
Logical thought processes; also acquisitive and capable of non-leading questioning
Confident in technical concern resolution, use of telephones and computers.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
