Supporting the Dealer Network, and escalating issues to technical colleagues in France for resolution, you will bring the co-ordinated, solutions orientated approach that ensures technical issues are addressed in a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This will include providing technical help using new remote diagnostics equipment or at network premises when necessary, maintaining accurate and up-to-date supporting documentation, and liaising with the research team, zone managers and other departments.
A motor industry professional with recognised trade or industry qualifications, you will bring similar experience gained in a technical role. While Citroen product knowledge and/or fluency in French would be an advantage, more important are good IT skills, an eagerness to drive your own success, a team approach, and commercial focus.
