With huge emphasis on its people, we provide a broad range of HR, training and development solutions to our client's network or retail outlets. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our existing Academy team.
As a Development Consultant, you will play a critical role ensuring the correct identification of training needs through TNA process and Development Centres, provide coaching and feedback, follow up of learning interventions to ensure implementation linked to making a measurable difference and support Recruitment & Selection activity using a suite of tools and services.
In addition to this, you will work closely with each business to understand their needs and key strategic objectives, providing aligned and leading edge people solutions. You will be a highly energised individual with excellent communication skills and someone who thrives on a responsive and fast paced environment. Ideally you should have experience of providing HR expertise in a field-based role within the retail sector and it would be an advantage to have related motor industry experience.
