This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience and client-handling skills who is both clever and precise.
Managing a team of super sharp project managers, this role involves ensuring high quality delivery of sophisticated digital systems and portals for a stellar list of clients. The agency has an outstanding development team, with established, highly effective digital project management processes.
The systems built include multi-application web portals, ecommerce tools, elearning, extranets, sales forecasting systems and dealer websites – this role will stretch an Account Director who possesses logical thinking, obsessive precision and easy charm in equal measure. Automotive experience and client-handling skills in an agency role
Currently an Account Director or strong Senior Account Manager
Experience of translating client business needs into data flows and intuitive interfaces is a must (but not design).
As agile .net developers, experience of creating user stories would be a bonus.
An outstanding academic record (degree level – probably at least a 2.1)
The ability to keep multiple clients and projects on track
A sense of humour and a calm, supportive working style are all essential.
Ability to manage a team of account handlers
