Divisional Director, Yorkshire
Reporting directly to myself you will bring drive, passion and structure for up to 15 of our dealerships across two franchisesin Yorkshire.
Define and implement short, medium and long-term strategies for the dealerships and brands to meet manufacturer and business goals.
Regular and vigorous monitoring of performance v KPI's
Drive customer satisfaction
Support and coach your management population
Act as a central point of reference for manufacturer queries
You will be accustomed to support from a full HR and Account Support team and will consider yourself to be a charismatic business leader who is already in a regoinal/senior role with a retail organisation or a manufacturer.
Regional General Managers, Yorkshire
Working closely with your Divisional Director you will be responsible for a cluster of dealerships across different franchises.
Manage day to day issues across the sites
Monitor and drive the performance of your Line Managers
Devise and implement plans to address performance issues
Deliver exceptional customer service
Deliver on both profit and people retention targets
This position would suit seasoned General Managers who have a track record of consistently delivering exceptional levels of performance, ideally across multiple sites.
