An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join our clients Central Enquiry Handling team.
You will be responsible for handling all telephone and electronic sales enquiries to our clients standard whilst delivering unrivalled levels of customer satisfaction.
They are looking for a confident team player to join their team in Nottingham. You will be operating a busy telephone switchboard, with the objective of providing one call resolution for all customer enquiries.
Previous experience in a customer service role & excellent communication skills are essential.
