Our Client, an aspirational Brand within the Automotive sector, is looking to take on an individual, to cover maternity leave (c12 month contract), working as a European Operations Manager, within the Merchandise area of this business.
The role will see the successful candidate working globally and being responsible for the direction of the Merchandise products across the EMEA markets.
With a highly organised working style, a Degree (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing, as well as experience within an Operational role in a Product/Communications environment, you will need to create and develop plans to support bot the Strategic direction and financial objectives, integrating with the EMEA markets, understanding their needs and carefully planning and communicating the product selection, launch and promotion process.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for identifying product development opportunities through gap analysis, compliance legislation and market feedback as well as need to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and European/International offices.
