An excellent opportunity working for an international Head Office. Initially this will be a 3–6 month contract with a possibility of becoming permanent. The role, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience is an opportunity to shape customer`s experience through the division or operations manuals and other documentation.
This role is pivotal and involved the entire process from receipt of data from Head Office, local adaption, translation through to production and final acceptance from relevant sales division.
There are a number of external agencies and internal customers whose activities need to be managed in order to achieve success.
Duties will include:
Coordination and improvement of central translation and printing processes.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of publications.
Ensuring the latest publication is uploaded to the online databases.
Negotiation with Translation and Printing Suppliers and internal customers to achieve challenging deadlines and budgets.
Ensure that Service Publications are developed in line with needs of the Customer etc.
Suitable applicants will be great communicators with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Good business judgement and an eye for detail.
Knowledge of print shop operations or translation services sector would be an advantage.
High level of computer literacy and good knowledge of desktop publishing tools like:
InDesign, Photoshop and FrameMaker 9 and Microsoft Project.
Capable of balancing conflicting requirements in order to achieve deadlines.
European language skills would be an advantage.
