With the continued expansion of our South Coast based dealer Group, we are now looking to recruit an experienced, energetic and successful Brand Manager to join our existing senior management team.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the Customer Satisfaction, Volume and Profitability objectives for one of our volume brands which is currently represented by group across three locations.
The successful candidate will be required to define, implement, review and evolve plans to support delivery of upper quartile brand customer satisfaction objectives, new vehicle targets, brand and internal after sales objectives and successfully manage inventory across all brand locations.
Additionally experience dealing with a brand at both regional and director level is a pre-requisite for this important position alongside the ability to develop and maintain a brand team to ensure the long term success of the respective brand sites.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving excellent customer satisfaction as well as being highly driven, ambitious and motivated to lead from the front.
