£40k package (base circa £40K plus car and benefits)
Leading manufacturer owned financial services business, part of an expanding global financial organisation. Today the banking and leasing operations combined are Europe's largest automotive vehicle financial services organisation with 1.9 million new and used cars financed across the worldwide operation.
You will ensure the implementation of company F&I development / training strategy and approach, meeting the requirements of the sales teams, group brands & retailer networks. Reporting to the sales development manager, you will deliver effective business solutions to enable sales objectives to be met. In addition you will provide consultancy service to the company sales management, company group training management and retailer management to ensure effective use of monitoring, measurement, coaching & development.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in designing, delivering and implementing high quality training and skills development programmes within a professional F&I environment. You are naturally proactive and possess advanced presentation, communication and influencing skills. As importantly you are the catalyst for sustainable improvements in working processes and can inspire colleagues and key stake holders to better levels of business performance. You are competent to an appropriate level (under FSA requirements) to act in a consultancy capacity with both brand and retailer management.
