FastFit+ Workshop Supervisor – Kettering

We are seeking a FastFit+ Workshop Supervisor (semi productive role) to work in our busy FastFit centre in Kettering. Reporting to the General Manager, the main purpose of the role will be to:
Control all the activities within the Workshop ensuring that all work is undertaken in a timely and correct manner thereby ensuring customer care/satisfaction at all times. As a Fast-Fit+ Supervisor you will need to demonstrate
Good practical and problem solving skills within the all round fast fit automotive trade, supervising all aspects of motor servicing, such as MOTs, servicing, repairs, tyres, exhausts, brakes.
The ability to work on your own initiative
Strong communication skills
The ability to lead others

About you:
Previous experience of working in a busy service, or retail repair workshop or fast fit centre is essential. Applicants will ideally have held a workshop control or supervisory position, although individuals with strong Technician backgrounds will also be considered. Either way, you will be able to demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair methodology. With good organisational skills, you will be capable of planning and prioritising work to ensure that jobs are completed on time and to the high standards expected by our customers. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
