With Industry experience and qualifications you will be responsible for monitoring working methods of the Aftersales repair activity within a group of Citroën Dealerships. To be a success in this role you need a strong sense of attention to detail along with an analytical approach to identify areas for improvement and to participate in the development of Citroën methods for Aftersales and Pre-delivery Inspection repairs.
High level communication skills are essential for this role, working closely with members of the Aftersales teams and with regular presentations to Citroën Management Teams across the region, you will also ideally need some previous experience with Citroën technical diagnostic equipment and related systems.
Throughout, you will consistently develop and encourage Industry Best Practice, and nurture an environment of continuous improvement, both internally and across the Dealer Network.
