They offer their clients expert help in database management, direct marketing, systems support, CRM, product recall, contact centre services, case management, market research and web-based marketing.
Purpose of Job
They are now seeking a Field Account Director to work with the retail network of a major motor manufacturer. Your main role will be to enroll new retailers for their Predictive Marketing, Aftersales and Additional Outbound ABS Calling programme. This will involve a pro-active sales approach to attracting new dealers and selling them the benefits of the programs. You will then provide an ongoing support to the dealers including programme implementation, training, coaching and feeding back ideas for product enhancement gained from retailer interactions.
You will work with dealers across the the United Kingdom but will mainly focus on London South, East Berkshire/South West. You will need to live in the South/South East – probably near the M25/M4.
Signing up retailers to the programme in line with agreed targets,
Providing first line retailer support and Supporting launch of Outbound Calling product to retailers, particularly with regard to retailer signups for these programmes.
Feeding back ideas for product development to Account team
Attending training and developing understanding of product applications.
Providing support to new business and client services teams where new products are proposed
Building strong client relationships to promote trust and collaborative working relationship.
Keeping accurate records & reporting of retailer visits/meetings attended,
Ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided to the office based account team, e.g. dealer contracts.
Experience of field based sales role and working to targets
Motor retailer experience at either a manufacturer or retailer level
Strong client handling management skills and good client manner.
Excellent ability to communicate on different levels of seniority both within and outside the agency.
Good with deadlines, workload planning and multi-tasking.
Self starter, able to work without close supervision.
Good team player, well motivated and enthusiastic - happy to contribute ideas.
Direct Marketing and added value data management experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint.
