You will develop, execute and support the SEAT Fleet Aftersales proposition, develop excellent working relations with the dealer network so that the total cost of ownership is effectively managers and retention rates and brand loyalty are maximised. You’ll have a real passion for the quality of care received by our fleet customers and end users, in fact you’ll pioneer our aftersales offering so that customer satisfaction is central to our product offering. In fact you’ll bring the vision to life.
You’ll have a good understanding of the Fleet and Aftersales business, have experience of getting results though others and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commercially astute and innovative you’ll be a self starter with passion for our brand, the customer and quality of service.
