To manage the Fleet Sales Department on a day to day basis, proactively dealing with customers, working closely with the brand representatives at Volkswagen Fleet, manage the Fleet Sales Executives (including Business Development Manager and drivers / admin staff), track unit sales through the various channels to achieve targets, To ensure customer satisfaction around ordering / delivery process, achieve franchise standards and meet deadlines.
Identify opportunities within the market area, manage long term relationships with existing customer and contacts, assist Fleet Sales Team with identifying decision makers and where required support with customer meetings & presentations of product and service provided to secure future order bank and supply.
To develop and maintain a corporate, small business & local business database, ensure prospecting levels meet brand and group requirements. Ensure customer follow up and have involvement in marketing & direct mail activity.
We require a highly motivated manager with coaching ability’s, works well in a targeted environment and who is profit focussed and can deliver an outstanding customer service.
