Nexus Business Solutions is a service provider to Vauxhall Motors Limited who lead the UK car fleet sector with an enviable portfolio of fleet customers. In order to support a period of exciting, product driven, growth we are seeking to appoint talented and professional individuals, who will be employed by us, for positions within their fleet sales team.
New Business Fleet Sales Manager
Reporting to the Regional Fleet Sales Manager you will be field based, key member of the team responsible for maximising fleet sales to business and fleet operators within a defined territory. You will have responsibility for contract negotiation and sales prospecting, all with the aim of optimising sales opportunities for conquest business. You will work closely with a dealer network to help them expand and develop their own base.
Customer Fleet Sales Manager
Reporting to the Regional Fleet Sales Manager you will be a field based, key member of the team ensuring excellent customer service is maintained with our existing customers, whilst maximising fleet sales to business and fleet operators within a defined territory. You will have responsibility for contract negotiation and customer relationship management, all with the aim of optimising sales opportunities.
If you are one of the successful candidates you will have demonstrated sound commercial awareness, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to draw on your experiences gained within a sales environment. It is likely that in your career you will have worked for a motor manufacturer, contract hire company or dealer group or have similar experience relevant to the position.
Ideally you will possess a business or marketing degree and have good administration and IT skills. Enthusiasm, a capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success are a must.
Fleet Support Sales Manager
Reporting to the National Fleet Sales Manager you will have experience of managing a substantial customer sales and new business adminstration team. You will be responsible for the performance standards of the team and ensuring the objectives of the fleet sales support function is achieved.
Ideally with first hand experience of an inbound/outbound call environment you will be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage an established customer focused team that is passionate about achieving targets.
Likely to be educated to degree standard the successful candidate should be capable of motivating a team of circa 35 staff and have excellent communication and team leadership skills. A high level of analytical ability and plenty of personal energy is essential.
