About the Vacancy: Franchise – Account Managers

As an Account Manager you will have a client base consisting of Small Franchise Groups and Single Site Dealers and will be responsible for creating strong mutually beneficial partnerships by strategically improving and growing their business. With some head office contact the majority of your time will be spent at dealer site level and working in conjunction with the Account Director on the delivery of tailored campaigns designed to deliver value to our customers.
Our customers are the heart of our business and you must possess a consultative sales approach, be comfortable analysing performance data and trends in order to demonstrate the value of TMG solutions to your customers, whilst ensuring they are provided with outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction.
You will be armed with an array of offerings to meet your customer needs, whether it be products, tools, stats or digital marketing services to assist your customers in making their business a success. We recognise that our customer’s success is also our success so becoming a trusted advisor is your number one focus.
The current vacancy is on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to cover for maternity leave however we believe in retaining our talent so for the right candidate this could lead to further opportunities within our fast paced and ever changing organisation.
•Experience in an account management or sales role
•Strong communication ability at all levels, including ability to listen, and professional presentation skills
•Strong business development and Sales skills with ability to provide insight from key data
•Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand a client’s business needs
•Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several simultaneous Accounts
•Creative, resourceful, detail-orientated, highly organised
•Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
•Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

•Be in possession of a full valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary for our Account Managers of up to £33,000 with OTE in the region of £46,500 per annum. As you would expect we also provide our Account Managers with all the tools they need to be successful, including a fully expensed company car, laptop, iPhone and broadband. In addition you will be provided with first class training and on-going coaching and development to build on your skills and experience to enhance your career. We have a flexible benefits scheme which includes a minimum of 25 days holiday (pro rata), company pension and life assurance. In addition you are able to opt for additional benefits such as Healthcare, increased holiday and partner life assurance to name a few.
These are remote based roles, covering the following territories:
1 x South West that covers parts of Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire
1 x East that covers Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
