This is a superb opportunity for an individual who possess significant motor retail General Management experience, preferably with a volume experience background, and who feels ready to take on the challenge of this senior appointment.
You will be responsible for:
Agreement and implementation of the dealership business plans in order to achieve/exceed planned profitability.
Growth and development of the dealership business, infrastructure and systems
Management and development of all colleagues in the dealership.
Development of the relationship with manufacturer partners, internal and external suppliers, colleagues and customers of the dealership and the Franchise partner.
